All the books and associated items are a strict you buy, its yours policy. Except in the event of damaged goods (if insured) then all items will be returned back to us as is, and we will then ship directly to you at no cost the books or items that were ordered. Usually if the goods are damaged on receipt, then it is usually the shipping agent or postal service that is to cover all costs.
